Originally a public library, this renaissance revival-style architecture building now houses a gallery of local artists’ work. The library is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Since 1981, the Carnegie has been documenting and presenting the contemporary culture of this distinctive region of Greater Minnesota through the visual arts, crafts, and design, with monthly gallery exhibits by regional artists.
